Kinley’s was established in Jan 2025 by Mark Kinley, after over 30 years in the construction industry working in the Isle of Man and the UK. After many years of working for highly regarded companies and building relationships with local contractors and clients it became apparent there was a need in the local market for a reliable, innovative, and experienced client focused consultancy.

Kinley’s are committed to providing a timely, considered and professional service to meet the needs of our clients. Working with our client and the wider design team our focus remains on providing a cost effective, buildable, safe and durable design.

Our experience and knowledge of the local community, along with great working relationships with many of the island's contractors allows for a more considered and practical design that ensures projects run smoothly from inception to completion.

We use the latest modelling software to ensure swift economic design that meets either British Standards or Eurocodes.
